Wish my scanner could better pick up the shiny gold-foil details on this one.  Still Apollonian without it.

Once in a while, fruit crate label art is so beautiful it seems almost wasted on the medium.

This one's also a stunner, and popular enough so that I've seen it reproduced on mousepads, totes, even a trucker hat.

Sugar used to be promoted nearly as a health force, a fine source of essential "food energy (common phrase) and downright wholesome.   Look at that small picture of the sugar scoop pouring used to connote nourishing goodness!  Still love this ad.
