Cover of a Knox booklet from 1914, and my one of my favorite pages from within.  It seems a very arbitrary thing to Inflammammal that gelatin companies consistently produced the most attractive advertising among grocery categories.  Such a humble thing, gelatin, and such a wealth of purty pictures.

Since it's a photo and not an illustration, I feel little for the pie itself here.  But: National Red Cherry Institute!  That's the beautiful part for Inflammammal, the logo, the cherries & the idea itself.

Jell-O ice cream dessert suggestions from 1925.  Ice cream was often prepared in loaf form to be cut into slices for serving.  Usually I like old-timey ways of things but I'd really prefer my ice cream be roughly spherical.

I'm not sure what Jell-O sponge might taste like, but the copy says it's the 'aristocrat' among gelatin desserts so it must be mighty fancy.   And the beautiful bowl and berries, very nice.
