I also like it when humble food is illustrated well, as with this 1931 Mueller's pasta booklet. "Spaghetti a l'Ohio" and the other dishes therein are all meant to be inexpensively prepared, owing to the Depression, but they included the fruit bowl, the Art Deco-ish plant decor accompanying Macaroni with Peas and Bacon -  I love these touches.
